Overview
The Membership Home is the core digital destination for members. This dashboard serves as a personalized hub where members can view their benefits, RSVP to upcoming events, see bottle details, and access exclusive content. Our goal was to design a flexible system that made each member feel welcomed and in-the-know, while maintaining brand consistency and operational scalability.

A centralized view of events and benefits
The dashboard homepage welcomes members by name and highlights their upcoming experiences. Alongside the event spotlight, the right-hand panel serves as a persistent reminder of their available benefits—making it easy to understand what they’ve unlocked and how to use it.
Effortless RSVP, built into the experience
This page gives members a dedicated space to view event details and submit their RSVP. Designed to feel like an invitation, it showcases the venue, date, and description in a rich, immersive layout. Members can RSVP directly from this page, without needing to navigate away — reinforcing the premium, concierge-style flow of the membership experience.
Dedicated space for exclusive bottle releases
This page gives members a preview of the year’s whiskey allocations, with a breakdown of each release across a visual tabbed layout. Every bottle includes tasting notes, aging details, and personalized descriptions to help members appreciate what’s inside—and what’s coming next.
A living archive of member-only experiences
The Past Events section showcases highlights from previous gatherings. Content is automatically populated after each event concludes, giving members a sense of shared history, nostalgia, and the elevated experiences they’ve been a part of.
An always-on menu of perks and how to redeem them
Here, members can revisit all available benefits tied to their tier—from bottle access and event invitations to hotel discounts and concierge support. This section serves as both a reminder and a redemption hub, with links to claim perks and explore add-ons.
Profile, preferences, and membership management
Members can review and update their personal details, shipping address, and birthdate. This page also includes subscription settings and support prompts, giving members control over their info while maintaining a streamlined, brand-consistent experience.
Personal support, just a click away
The Concierge page emphasizes personalized service. Members are invited to reach out for assistance with event questions, benefit redemption, or anything else related to their experience. A clear call-to-action links directly to a branded concierge inbox.
Seamless access, no password required
The login screen is clean, focused, and optimized for passwordless entry. Returning members can log in with a single email prompt, while others have the option to use a traditional password. The experience is frictionless, premium, and secure.
The dashboard was designed to be scalable across programs, using shared systems while allowing for brand-specific customization.
Built in Webflow + Memberstack
We leveraged Webflow for front-end design and layout control, paired with Memberstack to handle gated access, user authentication, and membership tier logic. This allowed us to create a highly styled, branded experience without sacrificing dynamic user-level personalization.
CMS-powered cards and spotlight modules
Every tile on the dashboard — including benefits, events, and spotlight content — is powered by Webflow CMS collections. This setup allows non-technical teams to update, reorder, or schedule content without developer involvement, enabling real-time flexibility and seasonal storytelling.
Conditional logic to show/hide tiles by tier or status
Using Memberstack properties, we dynamically control the visibility of dashboard components. For example, a “Complete Your Profile” page disappears once the user’s onboarding is done, while “Exclusive Perks” tiles can be tier-restricted. This ensures the experience feels curated and uncluttered for every member.
Responsive layout for mobile and desktop
The layout system is fully responsive and was designed mobile-first. Tiles stack fluidly, buttons reflow, and typography scales based on screen size. Interactions — such as RSVP buttons or benefit claim links — are optimized for touch, supporting on-the-go access for members.

We planned the system to grow over time. The design and CMS architecture already support easy integration of future modules.
